Galvanised boat cradles for winter storage

September 2011 – Once the sailing season has finished, boats are taken out of the water and put into winter storage. Many marinas use boat cradles. The boats are placed on the cradles and then taken to the storage location on a trailer, keeping them high and dry, and making maintenance and repairs easier. To prevent corrosion, Verzinkerij Kampen hot-dip galvanises the cradles.

The Slider is hot-dip galvanized by Verzinkerij Kampen and various components are then powder coated by Poedercoating Hoogeveen.
